Not thrilled with what you bought? No sweat. As long as it’s still unopened, you can send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Remember, the refund goes back the way you paid, and you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
Swap or Return? You've Got 30 Days:
Changed your mind? You can swap or return items within 30 days. Just like returns, you’ll need to pay for shipping.
But Heads Up:
For health and safety reasons, if you’ve opened, worn, or used the product and it's not faulty, we can’t take it back. Gotta keep things hygienic, right? Need to return something? Reach out to our support team at info@FirstAidFlirt.com to get the green light and instructions on what to do next.
Ordered the Wrong Thing? No Problem:
If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong item, let our Customer Care team know ASAP at info@FirstAidFlirt.com. We can fix or cancel your order if it hasn’t left our warehouse yet. But if it’s already on its way, we can’t make changes.
Cancellation Fees – Timing Matters:
Cancel within 24 hours: 5% fee
After 24 hours (during production): 25% fee
3 days or more (after production): 50% fee
Once shipped: No cancellations, sorry!
Oops, Wrong Item Sent?
If we goofed and sent the wrong thing, you’ve got two options:
Don't accept the delivery and mark it 'Return to Sender'.
Got the package? Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll guide you through the return process.
Package Never Showed Up?
If your order’s gone missing, let our Customer Care team know. We’ll check in with the shipping folks and sort out a replacement or refund pronto.
Something Not Right with Your Order?
If your item arrived damaged or it’s not working right, tell our Customer Care team all about it at info@FirstAidFlirt.com. We might ask you to send it back along with any accessories, in the original packaging. And yes, we’ll need a photo or video as proof before we can replace or refund your order. If you can't provide that, we might have to charge a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs we covered.
